Are you planning an Anniversary, Vow Renewal, Bar or Bat Mitzvah, Sweet Sixteen, Quinceanera, Retirement Party, Holiday Gala, Birthday Party, Baptism or any other special occasion that calls for celebration? For memorable and unique events, The Inn at Villa Bianca is Connecticut's premiere facility. You may select from one of our established menus, or work with our event coordinators to create your very own customized menu to suit your needs and personality. We also offer a wide variety of options that may be added to enhance your event. There are many occasions that bring people together to celebrate, honor, or pay tribute. For more than twenty-five years The Inn at Villa Bianca has been home to these events for families, social clubs, civic groups, businesses, athletic organizations, and political parties and more.   Our ballrooms are available for bridal (or baby) showers on Saturday or Sunday afternoons. We offer a luncheon or a brunch menu. There is, typically, a 50 guest minimum. You have access to the room a couple of hours prior to the start of the event to add any decorations that enhance the theme of your party. Please call (1-800-638-3568) or email our office to check date availability. Buffet Style receptions are available and can be done from very casual to formal. This option provides your guests a wide variety of food items from which to select. Buffets can be done in the "traditional" one table manner or by gourmet stations. We believe "your guests eat with their eyes first" so it is imperative our buffets have decorative eye appeal, as well as, delectable foods. There are many occasions during the course of a school year that are cause for celebration. The Inn at Villa Bianca welcomes your school into our facility. Our ballrooms will accommodate up to 800 guests and our outdoor Pergola will seat up to 500 guests. Our event coordinators will work with your committee to create memories that will last forever! Whether you are planning a prom, ring dance or homecoming gala, The Inn at Villa Bianca is the place to be for a fun-filled and safe event.
